An awesome book with practical steps for Winning Without Intimidation

I had read the book, "Winning Without Intimidation" by Bob Burg and since then I became his fan. The clarity in his understanding about the human behavior, the knowledge of people skills and the practical tips he provided in the book were absolutely the best. I was recommended the book by my business coach and I was amazed after reading that book!
This book is an extensive revision of that book with a lot of valuable inputs about human behavior and "Know How" of the people skills and persuasion. Bob has a way of communicating the point across and he has done a great job in this book.
He talks in depth about the subjects such as:
How we humans act out of emotions and not logic and how we make decisions.
How to motivate the unmotivated.
How to make the best out of being around someone we absolutely do not like.
The power of edification.
...and many more. I love reading anything that can give me some food for mind and this book has been a tremendously enjoyable read for me. If you are looking to hon your skills in the art of persuasion, objection handling the right way and winning in various aspects of life, this may be a book you want to get hold of. This book has paid me much more than it costs.

I use his techniques all the time and get what I need.

This book is great. Life can sometimes be a series of negotiations. I recently had to get a cheaper phone service for a business. The new company denied me for no real reason and demanded a $400 deposit for a $20 phone service. I visited the store five times, telephoned 14 times and sent two emails. The emails were worded with techniques I learned from this book and I got my phone service without paying $400, kept my cool and recieved a follow-up phone call from the company representative. The representative praised me for my intelligence and patience and said helping me resolve my problem, made his day.
I also had a sales rep to make a rude gesture to me while I was in an office setting. Again though I was angry, I calmed down and put Bob's advice to work. I called the company and got help and sent an email that was responded to by a telephone call from the company's president that same afternoon. This book is fantastic.

This book changed how I respond to customer service issues

After reading this book on vacation last week, I returned home to immediately be confronted with a poor customer service experience. My typical response would be to immediately make an angry phone call or send a scathing email, but I decided to implement many of Bob's suggestions instead, and the outcome couldn't have been better. The book was full of practical advice that can be easily implemented in a multitude of different settings. Bob also quotes a ton of different sources throughout the book with great recommendations for other books check out. I highly recommend this book and look forward to reading more of Bob's books in the near future.
