Suppose I turned on a flashlight in a well lit room. Most people would never even notice it was on. It would fail to release the power of the flashlight. However if I turned on the flashlight in a darkened room everyone would see the light and the full potential of the flashlight would be revealed. This is similar to how Mr. Bailey feels about us. We all have potential within us, we have the power to be great. Yet a lot of us never realize that potential because we are doing things that we were not set up to accomplish and therefore we hate our jobs and feel lost. In seven chapters Mr. Bailey explains how we can shift our brilliance from the unfruitful things we are doing and start working on that which we were designed to accomplish. I believe Mr. Bailey has given us a great tool to use in changing what we do to becoming what we were designed to accomplish. This is a great gift to give to friends and family so it can help them as well.

It makes you think.

This book was recommended to me in my upline; what a great book. It is a work in progress, a book that will be on your bedside table always. Since there will not be a time that you can say "I have read the book." and afterwards you allow it to gather dust. It has so many nuggets of wisdom that it will be difficult to repeat everything here.
Each person, who is looking for more self development, and a nudge in the correct mindset, while trying to shift into the next phase of your life, will find truths in here.
It is a practical handbook; filled with practical exercises that opens your eyes to really see what is the things you need to work on in order to shift correctly. It creates the environment of changes and challenge you to be the best you can be.
A book I thoroughly enjoyed, which I can recommend to all people with a yearning for more.

Live in Your Passion

In Shift Your Brilliance at first it seems like Simon T. Bailey is a name dropper. However, in the end I feel he is intentionally painting a broad picture.
Because I don’t often read self help books, I felt open-minded, curious and completely intrigued. His optimistic enthusiasm is contagious and a person would be hard pressed not to apply his principles.
What excited me is that I was already thinking on this thread. Mr. Bailey says what has been rattling around in me. I have even said it aloud, using different verbiage.
Here is my version:
I was made right by God. Each of us are.
Every one of us should live in our core passion.
In any economy there has to be a way to make a living doing what ignites us.
Simon T. Bailey is a motivational speaker and writer you will definitely engage with. He writes on a subject we could all improve on and see more clearly: ourselves. LOL He leads his readers to a terrific discovery.
