About the Author
Paul Manwaring is a member of the senior leadership team of Bethel Church in Redding, California, and oversees Bethel’s apostolic relational network. He spent 19 years in senior prison management in England, is a registered psychiatric nurse, and holds a management degree from Cambridge University. He is married and has two sons and one grandson.

It's just GOOD

Kisses from a Good God is a book that needs to go out en masse and be in every doctor's waiting room, in every patients' hands. It is full of encouragement and wisdom from a man who has gone through the journey of cancer and has overcome. What fascinates me the most about the book is how little attention is given to cancer, but how much attention is given to the goodness of God in the midst of a very serious and personal struggle. Paul brings this out beautifully and not only that but he ends up lifting up all of the others who were involved in his journey. This book is incredibly encouraging to caregivers, physicians, nurses, and patients alike, and just reading it is an experience of healing. It's not only excellent, it is beautiful.

"Kisses from A Good God" is an exceptional book. For me, it was not really about battling cancer...it's about living life as a child of God and dealing with circumstances that we can't explain or understand....and learning that we are loved always....no matter how things look or feel. Sometimes the Lord makes it clear why we face certain challenges (before, during, or after we go through them). Paul shares how the Lord reveals Himself and His great Love for us through all kinds of situations. This book is full of wisdom, encouragement and love. I think it will greatly inspire you to keep on keepin' on. I wish I could explain more articulately how deeply it ministered to me. I encourage you to read about his journey and find out!!

"Kisses from a Good God" is an incredible book with a powerful and much needed message. Paul Manwaring's testimony of experiencing the goodness of God over and over as he walked through cancer is beautiful, and extremely powerful. This book will be a great encouragement to anyone fighting cancer, or any other sickness for that matter. In particular, if you are pursuing supernatural healing whilst also seeking help from the medical community, it will give you much needed perspective in a potentially confusing time. This book will give you hope in the midst of difficult circumstances. No matter what you're going through, "He's still good!"
