Great little book to use as a devotional or to just encourage you each day. This book can be taken along anywhere you go and you will be able to just read a page or two while waiting. It is small enough to fit in yours purse or pocket. It is little gems that will encourage you and give you wisdom on how to live each day and stay healthy. Would make a nice gift at Christmas or birthdays. Recommend to all Christians for yourself and also gifts.

Everyone needs to read this! it is down to earth and easy to follow. You wont have to run out and buy a lot of expensive things to follow this books healthy tips unlike other books like this. You will be able to follow and afford what is recommended by Dr. Bob. This is also a bday by day thing so it is a slow change and not a shock to the system.
