Manifestations of Miracles, Signs, and Wonders

"Glory Rising" is based on the premise that, "As spiritual beings we live our lives in a supernatural dimension on a stage before angels, demons, and the Lord of the universe." Revivalist Jeff Jansen maintains that spirit-filled children of God should cultivate lifestyles of faith, worship, and intimacy with God and that supernatural encounters are normal to the believer.
Jansen writes to encourage Christians to be open and obedient to what God is doing today in igniting revival fires in the church. Jansen carefully builds a thorough foundation from the scriptures to establish his vision and conclusions. "Glory Rising" is an amazing exploration into experiencing a sense of God's presence.
Jansen draws from the scriptures, his own personal experiences and the testimonies of highly respected revivalists from generations past and present. He is forthright in his presentation. He is an articulate communicator and a creative visionary. As with any instruction based on the scriptures, written or spoken, it is important for the listener or reader to prayerfully seek discernment and carefully study the content, context, and conclusions of the teaching.
"Glory Rising" comes highly endorsed by contemporary revival leaders. Jansen's conclusions will be criticized by most Evangelical and Mainline denominational theologians and Bible teachers but will be highly valued as a resource and revelation for adherents to the message of the Gospel of the Kingdom.

Gateways and methods by which the miraculous occurs

Perhaps many seeking out a book such as this one are already attracted to the supernatural power of God and want to learn and experience more. I'll admit I have read many books involving miracles, signs, and wonders but most intriguing to me, and unique in this book, were the ways in which a person can be transported to another place by the Spirit. This is not for the casual Christian in any measure but reserved for those that have deep fellowship with God and press in to receive all of His glory. Words like trance, transportation, translocation, and bilocation involve receiving spiritual downloads, and being brought to another location to do a work. We don't hear much about this today but it is a testament that God responds to hunger.
You will read about some individuals that encountered God powerfully such as St. Teresa of Avila and Maria Woodworth-Etter.
Author Jeff Jansen walks powerfully in the anointing and has witnessed water changing to wine, angel dust falling, gold fillings appearing in peoples mouths, and even instant weight loss- all occurring in an atmosphere where the glory of God is present. Author Jansen too knows that there is a cost to the anointing and is always willing to pay the price in intimate fellowship with the Lord. For us it will involve prayer, holiness, and humility.
He will show you ways of how to increase the atmosphere where the portals of heaven can open up including the spontaneous song of the Lord. Too you will learn that our heart attitudes can attract either the kingdom of light or the kingdom of darkness.
This book will make you want to go further in the Lord and press in believing that God can move miraculously both corporately and individually.

This is an AWESOME BOOK! I highly recommend this book to all those who want to know more about the supernatural realm of GOD! Pastor Jeff Jansen really does an excellent job in breaking down this information to a level that everyone can understand whether you're new to the Christian faith or you're seasoned in the Christian faith!
